Founder/CEO: Shequita Hale Givan has always had a passion for helping people.  Growing up in a small town, known as Minter, AL, she dreamed of being a nurse since the age of six.  She received her nursing degree at Wallace Community College in Selma, AL.  Her family motivated her greatly and helped her to fulfill her dream.  She has been a nurse for 13 years and has worked in several specialties, such as ER, Nursing Home/Rehab, Dialysis, Surgery, and Critical Care.  She has extensive experience in leadership and management due to the reality of Supervising a Unit in Nursing Home/Rehab and being Charge Nurse in Dialysis, Surgery, and when needed in ER and Critical Care.  Shequita is certified in CPR, ACLS, and PALS.  People is her motivation in life, and she believes that God put her on this Earth to help uplift others through healthcare.  She is currently employed at SCA where she has been an OR Circulator in the Eye Center for 6 years.  She enjoys taking care of her patients and working with a great set of coworkers.

 

COO/CFO:  Quindel Givan grew up in Selma, AL and sports and kids has always been his passion.  The sport of basketball has been his hobby since a child.  He played basketball from elementary throughout college where he played at WCCS in Selma, AL and Lawson State in Birmingham, AL.  He has proficient knowledge in training for sports with basketball being the primary.  He has coached AAU and is currently a basketball coach for an organization called Dream Big Center.  Quindel received his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management in 2018 from Grand Canyon University.  He is certified in CPR/AED.
